These terms govern the purchase and use of market data ("the Data") offered by tickorigin. By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing the Data you agree to these terms.

Subject to payment, the Licensor grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Data for the buyer's own internal purposes only.
The buyer may not:
The buyer may create and use internal derived outputs — signals, metrics, reports, and models — provided that such outputs do not enable any third party to reconstruct the underlying raw Data.
The Data and all intellectual property rights in it remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. No rights are granted other than the limited license in Section 2.
The Data is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Data does not constitute investment advice and is not warranted as a basis for trading or any other decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor's total liability arising from or relating to the Data is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific Data concerned. The Licensor is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or trading-related losses.
The license takes effect upon payment. It terminates automatically upon any breach of these terms. On termination the buyer must cease all use of the Data and delete all copies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Palma de Mallorca have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
This version is issued by the sole proprietor Jan Lohmer. Future changes will be published as a new version bearing its own version number and date; the version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
